Purpose¶

This document defines the long-term direction W7 uses to evaluate whether its initiatives are creating the kind of impact the ecosystem exists to pursue.

Context¶

The Constitution states the destination at a governing level. This document expands that direction into a durable picture of success without turning it into a fixed roadmap or tying it to a particular product, technology or organizational form.

Vision¶

To become a timeless ecosystem where meaningful initiatives are created, nurtured and shared to help people grow.

We envision a future where W7 is recognized not by the number of products it creates, but by the positive impact those initiatives have on people, communities and organizations.

Every initiative within W7 should make knowledge more accessible, technology more understandable and growth more achievable.

Our ambition is not to build everything.

Our ambition is to build the right things, in the right way, for the right reasons.

We believe that long-term value is created through consistency, curiosity and generosity.

If, decades from now, people remember W7 as a place that empowered others to learn, build and share, then we will have fulfilled our vision.

Success¶

Success is measured by impact, not scale.

By trust, not attention.

By legacy, not popularity.
